Terms of Service

General Artwork

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. This includes reasons not on this list - even if this is unlikely to happen.
Please do not use my work for commercial purposes, unless we have discussed this before I began work.
TRANSLATION: Please do not resell my work for profit. This is different for character and species designs.
I accept payment on a half-and-half basis for anything over $15. I require half of the cost upfront, and the other half before I send an unwatermarked version of the finished piece. Anything under $15, I require full payment upfront.
Turnaround time will likely be anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks, depending on complexity, number of edits, and my own schedule.

Character / Species Designs

Character and species designs are free to be resold if you decide you don't connect with them! I prefer them being gifted, but I won't stop you from selling them. Please tell me where they're going so I can see what they turn into over time, though!
Character / Species designs can take a bit longer than general pieces, depending on what you are looking for. Be reasonable.

Do's and Don't's

NSFW - only if you're over 18.* I'm not the best at it, but. I guess?
Heavy injuries / gore - only if you're over 18*
Minor injuries / blood - totally fine by me! This extends to scratches / cuts, bruising, and similar.
Sensitive subjects - within REASON. This does NOT extend to problematic topics. Includes things like mental health and medical themes.
Ship art: As long as everyone involved is cool with it, ship art's fine by me!
Human / Anthro / Feral - I can draw the spectrum of human to furry! Leggy-wise, I can do both digitigrade and plantigrade.
Monsters - I love designing and drawing monsters. <3

No.

Problematic topics - including things like various -philias and intolerances. Ask if you're unsure.
Fetish content - Putting under "no", but you're always free to ask.
Mecha - Please contact a Transformers artist.
Birds - beaks /dg
Hyperrealistic content - I need a lot more practice to be okay at this!

* To prove your age, you can send me an image of your ID with all info except for the year of birth covered.
